Welcome to the 23rd issue of the Fiordland Families Network (FFN) newsletter! Spring has sprung, the daffodils are out, and many of us are looking forward to spending time reconnecting with our families after what has felt like a long term three.
In this issue we have another bumper 6-page edition, packed full with events and ideas of things to do during the school holidays. Check out the great deals on offer to locals who ‘host a holiday inviting friends and family to explore Fiordland with you these school holidays.
If things get a bit hectic, check out page 3, where we have summarised key points from a recent parenting talk on how to raise ‘strong-willed children’. There are some great tips that we hope will make your parenting journey a little bit easier and fun for everyone.
Do you know who you are going to vote for this election? To help you decide check out what our electoral candidates have to say about supporting families in our region. We hope this helps your decision. Not yet enrolled. It’s not too late.
Would you like to contribute to our November issue of FFN? Or help out with our small volunteer group?
We would love to hear from you.
From all the FFN team!
