Welcome to the 21st issue of the Fiordland Families Network (FFN) newsletter! In this edition we wanted to highlight all the amazing people and organisations doing incredible things to support our community. We wanted to create an opportunity for them to share what they are doing and also SHOUT OUT and say THANK YOU to them for all the work they do.
There were a couple of groups we wanted to thank in particular:
To the ladies at Mainly Music who bake around 30 cakes each year and deliver them to parents of mainly music families on their birthdays! Such a treat, thank you!
To all those who helped to organise and pull together the Fiordland Family Fun Day on 25 July at the Events Centre. What a fantastic celebration of our community. Thank you for the free entry, free food, fantastic fun for kids and entertainment for the adults. Thank you sponsors too!
Thank you to all the people out there making our community a better place! Would you like to contribute to our September issue or help out with our small volunteer group?
